What does the Review Analyzer module do?
The Review Analyzer by ecomDNAI reads your customer reviews — pasted, imported from CSV or Excel or straight from Judge.me — and tells you what customers praise and what bothers them: sentiment shares, main topics, the strongest quotes, reply suggestions and recommendations for marketing.
You paste in your customer reviews — one per line — and get back what customers genuinely praise and what bothers them. The strongest quotes can be reused as marketing copy; the criticisms come with reply suggestions and recommendations.

Typical use cases
A hundred reviews, one picture
You paste reviews — one per line — or import the export from Google, Amazon, Trustpilot, Idealo, Judge.me or Yotpo. The analysis delivers shares of positive, neutral and negative, topics with mentions, strengths and weaknesses and the best testimonials.
Answer criticism without writing every mail from scratch
For the points of criticism the module suggests replies and creates reply templates for the most frequent negative topics. With a connected Judge.me account you publish a reply directly at the review — provided the workspace owner has granted write access.
Read against the competitor
Add a competitor's reviews: the comparison shows shared topics and turns their weaknesses into your arguments. Testimonials are drawn from your own reviews only — other people's customers stay other people's customers.
Who it's for
Shops with reviews on marketplaces and portals, product managers deriving improvements from real feedback, and agencies preparing customer voices for campaigns. The analysis shows patterns — what you change and how you answer remains your decision.
Frequently asked questions
May I use the quotes in advertising?
The testimonials are not verbatim — before publishing one as a customer voice, compare it with the original review. The module points that out at every quote.
How many reviews can I analyse?
Up to a fixed character limit per run; beyond it only the first part is evaluated, and the module tells you how much. Split larger volumes across several runs.
Can I see the development over time?
Yes. Saved analyses of the same product appear as a history: sentiment shares and which topics appeared or disappeared. For that you save every analysis with the product name filled in.
Where do the results go?
Strengths and quotes to the Social module, strengths and weaknesses to the Content Hub, complaint topics to the FAQ generator; plus a PDF report and the replies as CSV.
What does an analysis cost?
Analysis, comparison, reply suggestions, assistant and PDF report are billed in credits — through a plan or pay-as-you-go; the module shows the requirement before each step. The Judge.me import is a pure read without credits.
