What you can rely on
- Cancellation
Monthly: up to 1 day before renewal, effective at the end of the billing period; yearly: at least 1 month before the term ends, otherwise it renews for 1 year. Included credits carry over while subscribed; after the subscription ends, all credits, including purchased ones, expire after 3 months. Pay-as-you-go credits without a subscription do not expire for as long as the account exists.

Consumers can withdraw from any contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

Payment via Stripe, invoice with VAT shown. All prices net; reverse charge for businesses with a VAT ID.
