What does the Lead research module do?
ecomDNAI lead research finds companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland that match your offer. Each company gets a fit score with reasons, the trigger for reaching out and the contact details from its legal notice. Nothing is sent: you decide whom to contact.
You describe your offer and your target customers: customer type, industry, size, region, roles and buying signals such as tenders or job ads. The module looks for matching companies via Google search, public LinkedIn and Xing search results and EU tenders, reads the homepage and legal notice and scores each company with a fit score and its reasons. Names and contact details are only kept if they appear word for word on a page that was read.
How it works
- Describe your offer: products, the problem it solves, what sets you apart
- Define target customers: customer type, industry, size, countries, roles and buying signals
- Start the search, review the leads, draft an opener and export as CSV
What you get
- Leads with fit score and reasons
- Trigger, such as a tender with its deadline
- Role, phone and email from the legal notice
- Drafts for the first contact, CSV export
Typical use cases
Find new retailers for a brand
You enter your products and choose the customer type retailer or distributor, plus industry, size and region. The module reads the homepage and legal notice of every company it finds and shows why it fits or does not fit.
Keep an eye on public tenders
With the customer type B2G the module searches EU tenders (TED) for Germany and Austria. The lead shows the tender as its trigger with the deadline, and the draft can phrase a bidder question for you.
Prepare the first contact
For each lead you can create a draft for a phone call, letter, LinkedIn request or email with one click, in eight languages. With your own verification service the module also looks for the personal email address of a publicly named contact.
Who it's for
Manufacturers, wholesalers, agencies and service providers who want to win business customers in the DACH region, and sales teams who want to know why a company fits before the first call. The module delivers research and drafts; nothing is sent, the outreach stays with you.
Frequently asked questions
Which sources does lead research use?
Google search, public LinkedIn and Xing search results and the EU tender database TED for Germany and Austria. Company websites are read politely: robots.txt is respected and bot protection is never bypassed. The module never logs in to LinkedIn or Xing.
Where do names and contact details come from?
From the legal notice and the company's own pages. A name, phone number or email address is only kept if it appears word for word on the page that was read or in a public search result. Nothing is made up.
Which countries does the module cover?
Germany, Austria and Switzerland, optionally narrowed down by postcode or city. EU tenders are available for Germany and Austria; Switzerland is not part of TED.
Can I simply email the contacts I find?
Not without further ado. A found address does not yet permit a promotional email; the module points to Section 7 of the German Unfair Competition Act and the information duty under Art. 14 GDPR. A letter or a call is often the better first step. This is not legal advice.
What does a search cost?
It is billed in credits, through a plan or pay-as-you-go, and only for delivered leads at or above your minimum score. A search without results costs nothing; the module shows the maximum needed before it starts.
